Homemade Mask, Peeling Recipes

I was inspired to share with you my natural recipes, because I tried on my self, so if you have free time and to willing make those sample recipes you will be glad to prepare on yourself. I am huge fan of fruit mask or peel, easy to make and carry great ingredients that act quickly and thoroughly. Especially on summer time is perfect experienced to prepare you. Here are my favorite recipes. Good luck and be beautiful.

Those Mask recipes shouldn’t be applied if:

- the skin infection is present

- the skin is sunburned

- if there are cuts, bites or small wounds,

- if your skin is hypersensitive,

1) Orange and yogurt Mask

- 1tsp. plain yogurt

- juice of ¼ of orange

Stir to mix and then dip fingers into mixture and smooth onto face. The sensation is both cool and relaxing. Leave on for a five minutes and then rinse. If you are feeling sluggish, this is the perfect mask for you. The yogurt will cleanse and nourish. The orange is full of vitamin C and AHA’s. Perfect mask for OILY SKIN. I prefer to do that mask in the evening.

2) Exfoliate Dead Skin

- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

- 3 tbsp. warm water

- 2 drops essential oil-rosewood

Stir sugar in warm water until dissolved. Add essential oil. Apply to freshly cleaned face and massage gently for 5 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

Perfect peeling for ALL SKIN TYPE.

3) Heavenly Honey Oatmeal exfoliate

- ½ cup uncooked oats (better blend)

- 1 tbsp. honey

- few drops of Witch hazel

- few drops of essential oil

Blend oats then mix with honey and then add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Keep that mixture for about 10 minutes, you can massage too for better result.

Perfect for SENSITIVE SKIN like PREGNANT WOMEN.

4) Anti-aging Peach Face Mask

- 2 mid sized peaches

- 2 tbsp. of whipped cream

Peel and mash peaches and add whipped cream to it. Apply to face and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Rinse off with water.

Peach is one of those fruits that when used on the face in any form, helps make the skin soft and elastic. Peach juice can be used as a lotion, and its meat for face masks.

Perfect for ALL SKIN TYPE. Also for OILY skin, it is best when mixed with lemon juice. For DRY skin, it’s good to add olive oil into the mashed peaches.

5) Soothing and hydrating Mask

- 1 tbsp. of plain yogurt

- 1 small peel and blend well cucumber

- 1 tbsp. of honey

- 1 tbsp. of lemon

- few drops of tea tree oil

Blend well cucumber then add yogurt, stir well then add rest of the ingredients. Apply the mask on cleaned face and leave about 15 minutes. Rinse off with water.

Also sliced cucumber is great for PUFFY EYES.
