PERFECT FACIAL Enjoyable, relaxing with any concerned or goals for treatment.

As an Esthetician I explained my client, step by step about what kind a treatment she should have for the best of her concerned. Then I listen for the client consideration and any question. Then I began the treatment with the relaxation music. When I cleansed the face, my client smell a fragrant blend of essential oil, lemongrass, then I analyzed again with my magnifying lamp and wood lamp to see it better.
Also I explained the client what’s her skin looks like under the naked eye and how she might be changed some things or home-care products would help. Next I put exfoliation product using soft brush with that. Exfoliation has to be with the steamer, to loosen the blackheads and help brighten your skin. By the time exfoliation is on the face with the steamer I massage the neck and décolleté my client with some raspberry chocolate oil. That exfoliant may tingle a little, but only for few second and will be ok. Then I started with extractions, that part is most uncomfortable moment, but only for 5 to 15 minutes, depends on any needs. So I tried gently pressed and rolled client skin. After that I performed Face massage, using raspberry chocolate oil. Then I choose the right mask for the clients concerned. When the mask is spread in smooth, even stroked around the face I massage the clients Hands. Then final products of toner, serums, moisturizer, eye cream and sunscreen were applied. Client skin felt clean, revitalized and refreshed. Also every client I take care special with all my knowledge and my product application. So there is your decision to tried and chose that treatment.

VITAMIN D The sunshine vitamin is key for skin health

To prevent skin cancer, we protect ourselves with sunscreen, especially during the summer months. By using sunscreen, however, we are blocking the absorption of vitamin D-the “sunshine” vitamin.
Vitamin D is fat soluble and contains powerful antioxidant properties. These antioxidant properties mean vitamin D plays a role in preventing premature aging and cellular damage. Getting between 5-10 minutes of direct sun exposure daily on the arms, face, hands, and back (without sunscreen can provide enough vitamin D to meet your daily requirements. Unfortunately, this is not the ideal solution.
Dark-skinned people will need more sun exposure than light-skinned people to produce sufficient vitamin D.
Vitamin D has been overlooked for its ability to help resolve skin conditions like psoriasis, as it plays a role in skin cell regulation, including cell turnover and growth.
